Parent Teacher Organization

Hope Lutheran School’s PTO is an organization that brings together parents and teachers in support of school programs for students of all grades. PTO activities are a great way for parents to meet other school parents, to get to know their child’s teacher, and to have fun. Parents please consider volunteering 5 hours of your time this year.PTO hosts several annual activities and special fundraisers throughout the year:

  • PTO Parents’ Night Out
  • Annual Dinner & Auction – October
  • Barnes and Noble Book Fair –November
  • Annual Spring Carnival – April
  • Scholastic Book Fair – March
  • End of year picnic – June

In addition to the above activities, PTO supports Fine Arts School Field Trips and the End-of-Quarter Parties, like skating or bowling. The PTO also provides funds for Renaissance Learning which is the Accelerated Reading program.


LETTER FROM THE  PTO PRESIDENT:

Dear Families,

My name is Cheri Henderson and I am the PTO president. My husband, Daron, and I have been married for 15 years. We have two boys, one who attends Hope Lutheran. Dillon, our oldest,  is 12 years old. Seth is 10 years old and is in Mrs. Herbst class. We have been a part of the Hope Lutheran School family for five years. We feel blessed to send our children to a school with a solid Christian environment and rigorous academics.

We also have wonderful family volunteers and are always looking for more help

Our goal this year is to create a closer community by offering more family and parent actives.
