The Transition Team is a committee of dedicated church members seeking to provide recommendations for the congregation. These recommendations are based, not on personal opinions, but rather on information learned during bible study over the last few months. The transition team is close to completing the recommendations and then the information will be presented to the Board of Directors and communicated to the congregation.
The members of the transition team are: Judy H., Thomas P., Peggy A., Madeline L., Cherie P., Harry P., Brandon F., Jim O., David H., Carol T., Sandy B., and Dan V.
Most of the transition team has agreed to serve on the search committee for a settled pastor. The transition team put together a list of characteristics (click this link) that we would like to see in a settled pastor. The transition team is winding down and the search committee will be introduced during Worship service on Sunday, June 13, 2010.
