Tuition and Smart Service

Tuition

We offer several discounts and encourage you to contact the Principal or school office to find out what may apply for your circumstances. Please note that discounts are applied in succession rather than being added together. Discounts include:

• 5% Discount is given if tuition is paid in full on or before August 1.
• 10% Discount is given to active members of Hope Lutheran or St. John Lutheran churches.
• 10% Discount is given for additional children enrolled in the school. Discount applies only to younger siblings.
• 25% Discount is given to new families applying for full-time classes in the first year of attendance.
• Tuition Assistance may be given on a needs basis. Application forms are available in the office.

Tuition at Hope Lutheran School is an annual fee. It is not based on a calendar month or the number of days in a month. There are two payment options:

• 12 installments, which begin on June 1 and end on May 31 of each school year.
• Pay in full by August 1, which entitles you to a 5% discount off of your tuition rate.

Enrollment fees apply to all students. A discounted fee is only offered to re-enrollment of current students prior to March 31, 2012. The enrollment fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable. Please contact the office for fee details.

Smart Service

We use Smart Services for tuition, extended care, hot lunch, and milk billing. An Account is setup for each family. Annual account setup or renewal fees are included in your registration fee. Please click the links below for Smart Service information:
